    Securty is our first concern when packing your purchases. If your order arrives damaged, you must keep the original carton and packing materials for UPS inspection.

    Refused Orders

    Any refused order will incur a 20% restocking fee.

    Inaccuracies

    We make every effort to avoid errors in pricing, product descriptions and availability. If a mistake happens, we reserve the right to correct it.

    Shortages

    Inspect all packing materials before discarding or reporting a shortage. Product shortage must be reported within 5 days of the ship date and time from Dreama's Place. We will investigate your claim and apply credit to your account if applicable. We will notify you by Email if an item is no longer available or a backorder occurs.

    Returns

    We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the products and services we offer. If you feel the need to return items you must adhere to the following---

    Returns require prior approval by Dreama's Place.

    Returns must be reported by Invoice Number to Dreama's Place with 5 days of the ship date and time.

    No returns will be allowed on custom orders, clearance items or sale items.

    There must not be any writing, pricing or other alterations to the item, packaging or tags.

    The merchandise must be in the original carton, packaged correctly in the original materials, all tags intact and in unused condition.

    Shipping, handling or any other fees will not be refunded.

    A restocking fee may apply.

    Credits will be applied to your account when suitable.

    If a quantity discount or order amount was applied to your purchase, the credit will be adjusted as if the lower quantity was the original order.
